Harrison drive Monday 30th

Postby NIGEL C » Mon Apr 30, 2018 4:29 pm

Popped down to introduce the "flattie" fishing on the drive to a couple of mates from Liverpool/Cheshire, one disabled so needed an easy access mark to fish.
Picked up rag and lug from Bonners...excellent worms.
Emptied my rig wallet and pased out the rigs and pyramid leads, we all used a couple of rods and within minutes all wound in small flounder.
Rag accounted for a steady run of small flounder and plaice both close and a little further out at the double slip on a choppy on shore breezy sea..
A few of the flounder were around the 1 - 1 1/2 lbs, no decent plaice caught though.
We all accounted for a dozen plus fish each with several double headers, a good session with three happy anglers at this easy fish venue.
Well worth a visit when the sea has a bit of movemment in it.

There was a Anyfish rig wallet previously left at the venue so tucked it away by where it was left behind...in the event someone reading this post knows the angler who left it...sure they will know where to find it!

Tight Lines...Nigel C
