Porth Towyn / Dinas

Postby Big Kev » Sun Apr 22, 2018 11:51 am

Fished Towyn from 9.45pm to midnight with Bluecat...started off well with a schoolie for me,followed by a few whiting, but the dogs came on the feed and we were pulling them in two at a time....decided to leave them to it and headed for Dinas for a couple of hours and had schoolie action from the first cast...5 for Mick and 8 for me..nothing big but great to see the rods bouncing...i`d add pics but you know what schoolies look like. :D

I found a dozen large cock peelers at Caernarfon and dug some blow lug,and had frozen black and razor....tried it all at Towyn but could`nt get past the dogs......at Dinas the last of my blow lug was doing the business and things went quiet when i ran out....managed a couple on razor late on but the black was`nt touched.
