One o'clock gun

Postby Ste Robbo » Sun Oct 29, 2017 1:52 pm

Usually we would fish this venue over high but with the small tides we decided to see how it fishes down to low.. still a good depth of water to fish into.
Turned out to be a really busy session for the five of us with fish from the start.. first in was me dad with a cod

He's been nailing them out lately! Turned out to be the only cod out today but plenty of pouting and whiting with dabs thrown in to the mix

Lewis then pulled in a double shot of decent flounders

Gary was in on the action with a dog fish

I then managed to find a better whiting of 33cm

there seemed to be a snag right in front of me that I kept finding which resulted in 3 snap offs and one for my dad which was a pain but the fishing made up for the loss of tackle! Great day all around and 6 different species landed
