Here is the PROVISIONAL list of Sea Matches till August 2005, all to be confirmed on the 7th February

Why not have one on Feb 12th at Marine Hall Beach - - Fleetwood ?


There is a beer festival in the Marine Hall that Saturday !!

:shock: i was even more shocked why good bite it gave though dave best one i seen all day :lol:
do you need a scaffold i can supply and erect tube and fitting/mobile fixed pasma scaffolds

4lb 8oz sounds awfy wee for a salmon are you sure it wasn't a sea troot ?

dave im no expert but dont salmon have more of a fork in the tail than that and isnt the root of the tail a bit thinner, it could be as ian says a sea trout

Don't know, I have only caught 3 Salmon, but had quite a few Sea trout, and the Sea Trout didn't look anything like this, they had a load of spots,

The tail is big enough and the markings are right but the wrist is just not all there and it is very thin for a fish that is returning from the sea , not to mention that it is not shiney silver .
I will take a print (when I got ink in the printer ) and ask the real experts .
