does any one know how big the carp go in the lake i am going to get a season ticket this year and will be fishing it allot i saw a gosty+common about 12-13lb caught this week i have been told there are a few good size ones in any ideas please i have been carp angling now for approx 25years and i love hard waters but this one is a challenge i fancy i use Nash baits usually or particles :think:

Hi

The biggest I have heard is 22lb (it may be bigger). It's not the hardest water but it isn't easy as you are not allowed surface baits because of the nuisance swans and duck :doh:
