me and my my mate are gonna have a bash at piking this weekend, never done it before and the only place that springs to mind is bala. anyone know of anywhere a bit closer?

Why not try the river dee its full of pike , plugs,spinners or deadbaits all work , we have caught them up to 16lb + its only half hour drive , call in the shop on saturday and speak to stevie hes the man in the know, good luck, darren

cheers daz. we've decided to give moreton brickies a bash, with the weather being shoit. but i'll defo call in and see him before our next trip
